Depending on the client and matter, we use different billing methods: Hourly, Fixed-Fee, Contingency-Fee, Retainer and Hybrid

Hourly: we bill in .1/hour increments and at fair rates. New clients should be prepared to provide a suitable retainer to be drawn from as time charges accrue (any remaining balance being returned upon conclusion of our representation).

Fixed-Fee: in some instances we establish in advance a flat cost for our services.

Contingency-Fee: certain situations may require us to agree in advance on a fixed percentage to be paid in the event a recovery is made. There is no guarantee that a recovery will be made in any given case as past performance never assures future success.

Retainer: for a monthly fee enjoy the comfort of having counsel available around the clock to handle all of your legal needs.

Hybrid: for some matters we use a combination of the above — it all comes down to what is fair and what works.

Expenses: clients are generally responsible for all costs associated with the services rendered and while we advance many of these costs on your behalf, certain expenses may require prepayment.
