Title Company Deed Prep

Title companies doing business in Maryland and DC need a licensed attorney to prepare deeds for their closings. If you like accuracy, speed and fair pricing, consider working with our firm.

What we need

When you make a deed request, ideally your request will be accompanied by the following:

  • Title commitment (or contract, current deed, title underwriter)
  • Name and capacity of signor for seller if applicable
  • Choice of tenancy if multiple grantees

Turnaround times

Our typically turnaround time is one (1) business day, but if you have a rush request we can likely accommodate.

What you will receive

Once our work is done you’ll receive an editable file and an invoice to be paid after settlement.
