What we need
When you make a deed request, ideally your request will be accompanied by the following:
- Title commitment (or contract, current deed, title underwriter)
- Name and capacity of signor for seller if applicable
- Choice of tenancy if multiple grantees
Turnaround times
Our typically turnaround time is one (1) business day, but if you have a rush request we can likely accommodate.
What you will receive
Once our work is done you’ll receive an editable file and an invoice to be paid after settlement.
