Real Estate Investor (REI) Support

Lender Support / Loan Document Preparation

As a private or hard money lender you need your interests protected. We can assist with title review and title insurance matters. We can also help with loan modifications, deed in lieu of foreclosure packages, and other loan-related projects.

FSBO Representation

Sell without a REALTOR or buy from a FSBO seller with peace of mind. We represent either side of a private real estate transaction with contract preparation, negotiation and closing.
