Payment Methods

We accept payment by debit/credit card and bank transfer through our LawPay portal.

Deed Preparation, Document Preparation

Deed and document preparation services are provided on a flat-fee basis. Payment is made to our trust account before we begin work.

Title company clients pay by check/ACH after settlement.

Other Matters

For other matters we typically work on an hourly-rate basis. Depending upon the client and matter we may require a retainer prior to beginning work, to be deposited in our IOLTA trust account and drawn from as time charges accrue. If/when the retainer is extinguished, you may be asked to replenish it.

In addition to legal fees, the client is generally responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with our representation, with billing on a monthly basis.

All fees and expenses are due upon conclusion of our representation.
